I stayed in a Deluxe Studio overlooking one of the pools towards the beach. The rooms were fantastic, clean, and featured a very comfy bed with all necessary amenities. The location is serene amidst lush greenery and beautiful Laguna pools. The dining experience exceeded expectations with a variety of delicious options. However, the staff seemed inexperienced, but they were exceptionally helpful. The surroundings were peaceful, perfect for walks along the beach.
The hotel offers an exquisite and elegant stay with spacious, meticulously clean rooms. The service is exceptional, going above and beyond to cater to our needs. The location provides a stunning and private beach experience, away from the bustling crowds. Dining is sumptuous with excellent choices, although there are some minor drawbacks. Overall, a luxurious escape with remarkable features.
Staying at the Laguna resort in Dec 2019 was a mixed experience. The suite was lovely and spacious with a balcony but could have been bigger for the price paid. The rooms seemed a bit old and in need of an update. The location, around the giant lagoon, was superb, offering a relaxing holiday destination with immaculate surroundings. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff going above and beyond while others were more focused on socializing. The dining experience was expensive but had a good variety of buffet options.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and quite nice, offering one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever had, but there was a bit of a muggy smell that required leaving windows open for ventilation. The bathroom needs refurbishing, and the bath tubs may not be suitable for elderly or disabled guests.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were serviced twice daily, and everything was extremely clean every day. While the rooms were normal and not as fancy as expected, we did encounter a damp issue in our first room, although it was beautiful. However, the delay in the room readiness was a downside as it wasn't going to be ready for at least another couple of hours.

Staying in the studio room with individualized check-in was a luxurious experience with an awesome and very comfortable bed that made our stay truly memorable. The hotel had incredibly friendly and helpful service, though the dining options were not as impressive. The location, while a serene oasis with beautiful surroundings, lacked the bustling activity of other areas in Bali.
I had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, my daughter was thrilled with the easy access to the pool. The carpet leading to the rooms looked a bit tired but didn't affect our wonderful stay.
